HARROGATE FURNISH AND FETTLE

It’s all GO, GO, GO on Furnish & Fettle’s exciting journey of expansion into Harrogate  – and we can finally reveal the location of our new showroom…  (drum roll please!)

We are absolutely thrilled with the location of our new Furnish & Fettle showroom on Royal Parade and would like to say a huge thank you to our friends at Montpellier Property Consultants for helping us secure the lease.  We feel certain the premises are in the ideal spot for Furnish & Fettle, with a large footfall and a great mix of surrounding businesses from independent cafes to exclusive retail outlets. (Glyn is particularly pleased as it’s only a few doors up from Hoxton North – his favourite coffee shop /breakfast stop in Harrogate!)  Apparently, it’s called ‘Royal’ parade because it was where the royalty promenaded in the later 1800s and early 1900s when visiting the spa town – very fitting for Furnish & Fettle if we do say so ourselves!  The new 1,300 square foot Harrogate premises are in the previous home of David Love Antiques in the Montpellier Quarter of the town and occupy the ground floor of a stunning five-storey Victorian stone-faced building, which we can’t wait to get our hands on and start re-fitting!

When’s Furnish & Fettle Harrogate opening?

showroom before shot furnish and fettleWe will be opening Friday 24th March 2017.  The new showroom will feature inspiring room sets and a dedicated interior design consultation area with a library of over 1,000 designer fabrics and pattern books. The showroom will also showcase luxury soft furnishings, furniture and smaller pieces for customers to pick up and take away to add an additional flair to their interiors.

We can’t wait to open our doors and start welcoming our customers, old and new, into our stunning new showroom. Those familiar with James Brindley’s of Harrogate interior designers will also recognise some familiar faces as the team at our new showroom, as they have now transferred over to Furnish & Fettle and are now part of our growing team.
